A Tesla coil capable of generating a high-voltage arc, resembling artificial lightning. The device generates up to half a million volts and can produce lightning-like sparks up to 80 cm long. The device is inside a metal, meshed chamber, and visitors stand outside to avoid being struck by lightning. While experiencing a fun thrill, they learn about the physics of electricity and lightning and some safety issues.
